Meet Dr. Srinivas Mandala
A graduate of Boston University's prestigious Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2010, Dr. Mandala brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice. But his journey doesn't stop there – along with dentistry he is also serving in the Army (Reserves), presently holding the rank of Major. This unique background instilled in him the discipline, precision, and teamwork that define his approach to dental care.
Our dentist in Apex's passion for dentistry is matched only by his love for travel, with Europe being his favorite destination. This worldly perspective translates into his practice, where he treats each patient with cultural sensitivity and individualized care.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Mandala finds immense joy and fulfillment in spending quality time and traveling to new places with his wife, Nishitha, their daughter, Nihira, and their son, Vidharth.
At Sweetwater Dental, Dr. Mandala is excited to offer services in English, Telugu, Hindi, Spanish (through dental assistants). A translator app is also used as a method of communication for other languages. Shannon recently made the move from New Jersey where she grew up to North Carolina, embracing a new chapter in life. Always striving for growth, Shannon is dedicated to self-development and enjoys finding new ways to improve both personally and professionally.
Shannon has spent the past three years honing her expertise in the administrative side of dentistry, where she thrives on advocating for her patients and ensuring they get the most out of their benefits, all while helping them feel confident and proud of their smiles.
When not adjusting to the southern charm, Shannon enjoys cooking up delicious meals, spending quality time with her large family, and showing plenty of love to the ever-growing pack of cats and dogs —there might just be too many furry friends in the house, but who's
counting? (Though, let's be real, they run the show, not us.)

Dental Assistant
Madison has a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, moving from the West coast in March of 2024 where she worked a long and hot, but rewarding summer on a ranch in the Colorado Rocky Mountain National Park. She then decided it was time for a change, where she
moved to North Carolina and into a charming new country home. In November, she set her sights on a new challenge - she applied to the NC Dental U School and was accepted! After a tremendous amount of studying, she is ready to make many smiles brighter.
In her free time Madison can be found out in nature. You can always catch her on the back of one of her many horses as she loves training them to prepare them for a new owner. She also enjoys spending her time hunting and fishing. Life for her is always an adventure!
Dental Hygienist
Erika has been a licensed practicing dental hygienist for 13 years. She is enthusiastic about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health in the peaceful and compassionate environment here at Sweet Water Dental. She enjoys educating patients with preventative measures and building lasting relationships. Erika is dedicated to building trust and creating a comfortable environment for every patient.
Outside the clinic, Erika loves traveling, spending time with her little boy, family, and friends.
